"Everything I wanted was out of stock"
I was just trying to treat myself and order a few sweets, but of course most of the things I clicked on were out of stock. It’s frustrating when they still show on the site like you can actually buy them, only to find out you can’t. I did manage to pick a couple of things in the end, but they weren’t what I really wanted. Feels like I wasted time getting my hopes up. They really need to update the stock quicker.

"Nice little gift idea"
I ordered some sweets for a birthday present and they went down well. There was a good mix to pick from, and it felt a bit more fun than just grabbing a box of chocolates from the shop.
Delivery was fine and everything looked tidy when it arrived. I’d happily use it again for gifts, especially when I’m a bit stuck for ideas.

"Missing bits sorted quickly"
A couple of sweets were missing from my order, so I dropped them an email, not really expecting much if that makes sense. They got back to me really quickly and sent the missing items out with no fuss at all. They arrived a few days later. Mistakes happen, but they handled it really well, so I can’t fault them.

I’ve noticed the best sweets usually have that soft, just-made taste, and these definitely fit the pattern. They tasted really fresh, and the kids kept going back for more until they were gone.

I was really pleased with my order from thecandylanduk.co.uk. The confirmation email came through pretty much straight away, and they kept me in the loop the whole time without me having to chase anything.
The tracking was simple to follow and let me know when it was on the way, which was reassuring, if that makes sense. Everything arrived when expected and it was all hassle-free, so I’d happily order from them again...

"Shows up when they say it will"
I’ve ordered from them twice now, and both times it turned up right when it was supposed to, which is all I’m really hoping for most of the time. No hassle, no chasing things up, nothing weird. The tracking was decent too, and I kept checking it even though I didn’t really need to. So yeah, no complaints from me

I’m a bit confused by the whole support experience. It took ages to get a reply, and when they finally did get back to me, the answer wasn’t all that helpful anyway. I was left kind of wondering what I was supposed to do next.

I was really happy with how my sweets arrived. Everything was safe in the box, nothing was crushed or split, and there was plenty of padding inside. It all looked neat and well taken care of, so I felt like it had been packed with care

"Cracked tubs and a frustrating wait"
I was really looking forward to this order, so it was disappointing when it arrived with a few tubs cracked and sweets spilling loose in the box. I sent over photos thinking it would be sorted fairly quickly, but it took quite a while to hear back, which just made it feel more frustrating. The solution they offered wasn’t awful, but it didn’t really make me feel like the issue had been properly dealt with either. Not a terrible experience overall, just annoying and a bit of a letdown

It was all easy. I needed a replacement and, like, they got that sorted really quickly, and the refund side of things was smooth too. So yeah, no real hassle at all.

"Not really as advertised"
I ordered a few sweets from the site and, my first thought when they arrived was that something seemed off. One of them was supposed to have a certain flavour mix, but what I got didn’t really match that and it looked smaller than I expected too. Delivery was fine, so it wasn’t a total letdown, but the product details definitely need updating. When you’re picking based on the photos and description, it’s annoying to open the parcel and immediately feel like, yeah, this isn’t quite what I ordered.

"I’ve found a few decent discounts here..."
I’ve found a few decent discounts here and there, and when the timing lines up, it’s definitely nice. It’s not one of those places where every offer makes you think, wow, that’s a steal, though. Some deals are solid, others feel kind of average, so I usually just check in randomly and see what’s worth it. Not amazing overall, but still useful if you happen to spot the right offer...

The site looks fine. I didn’t notice anything that really worried me. Still, I’d be a little careful before ordering. I wish there was more clear info. More reviews would help too. It’s not bad. It just feels average for trust.

"Expiry dates were easy to check"
I liked being able to see the expiry dates before I bought anything. That made the whole order feel a lot easier, because I knew exactly what to expect instead of hoping for the best. The sweets arrived with the dates just as listed, so there were no surprises.

"Arrived quicker than I thought"
I ordered from thecandylanduk.co.uk and expected it to take maybe a few days or so, but it turned up way sooner than I’d guessed. Everything seemed packed well enough too, no issues there. Straightforward order and delivery was really quick. I’d definitely use them again.

"Pretty good, but not perfect"
My order arrived fairly quickly, which was nice, but it wasn’t totally right. One item was wrong and one of the flavours I picked was missing. It wasn’t the end of the world, just a bit frustrating. Overall, I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely want them to double-check the order next time.

"I paid by card and everything went..."
I paid by card and everything went through without any issues. There weren’t any strange pop-ups or anything that made me nervous, and the checkout page looked secure enough, so I felt okay completing the order.
That said, I do think I would’ve felt more comfortable if there was a bit more info about payment protection, or even a PayPal option. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, but when I’m entering card details, I just like having that extra peace of mind.

"Just wasn’t for me"
I ordered a mixed bag of sweets and was a bit disappointed. I was excited to try them, but the flavor was average overall. A few pieces had that stale, old sugar kind of taste, and some were harder than I expected. I’m sure other people might not be bothered by it, but personally, I didn’t really enjoy it and wouldn’t buy it again.
